Massive Sound with Self-Developed Large-Sized Planar Magnetic Driver
FiiO JT9 houses a custom-developed 95x86mm large planar magnetic driver. It features a vanishingly thin 1μm PET diaphragm. This expansive driver guarantees deep, authoritative bass extension and a vastly wide soundstage. The ultra-thin 1μm profile grants the diaphragm near-instantaneous transient response, allowing it to effortlessly reproduce the most delicate micro-details.
Patented Dual-Plated Diaphragm & Uniform Magnetic Architecture
To achieve optimal acoustic performance, FiiO has implemented a patented Sapphire and Aluminum double-plating technology on the diaphragm. It is achieved by utilizing an advanced 28nm chip-level vacuum sputtering process. The aluminium layer reduces weight and enhances electrical conductivity, while the sapphire layer drastically increases rigidity, resulting in exceptional high-frequency clarity and a uniquely captivating timbre. This is paired with a patented uniform magnetic field design that utilizes custom curved magnets. By ensuring the voice coil experiences a completely even magnetic force, this dual-plated diaphragm virtually eliminates split vibrations, resulting in ultra-low distortion and pristine sound reproduction.
Feather-like Lightweight Design & Super Comfortable Fit
FiiO JT9 has an extremely lightweight design. The Headphone weighs just 365g, much less than the traditional full-sized planar magnetic driver headphones on the market. The chassis features a multi-axis adjustable headband with up to 90° of folding rotation, making it exceptionally compact for the included waterproof storage case. Combined with 3D asymmetrical ergonomic earpads that perfectly contour to the human face, the headset ensures an ideal seal, even clamping force, and absolutely zero fatigue during long listening sessions.
Dual-Cable Bundle: Get 4.4mm and 3.5mm Cables in the Package
A phenomenal driver demands an equally capable transmission line. Recognizing the needs of audiophiles, FiiO generously includes two cables right in the box: a standard 3.5mm single-ended cable and a 4.4mm balanced cable, alongside a 3.5mm to 6.35mm adapter. Both cables are constructed from 22AWG high-purity oxygen-free copper, blending 0.06mm, 0.08mm, and 0.12mm precision wire cores. These cables add a lush thickness to the midrange and elevate the low-end atmospheric impact, ensuring every musical note strikes with palpable weight and emotion.
