Full Balanced Signal Path, Pure by Design
Mini 500 adopts a fully balanced differential signal path with a Class D amplifier stage. The differential signal is maintained from input to output, effectively reducing common-mode noise and external interference while preserving fine musical details.
With balanced input, Mini 500 achieves up to 126dB DNR/SNR and -111dB channel crosstalk. Even during late-night listening, it delivers a clean background, precise imaging, and clear separation between vocals and instruments.
Native BTL Architecture, Powerful Yet Refined
Mini 500 adopts a native BTL architecture in stereo output, delivering powerful driving capability without additional bridging configuration. It handles demanding dynamic passages such as large-scale orchestral music with ease, maintaining precise control even in complex scenes.
With balanced input, Mini 500 achieves THD+N <0.0004% (@80, 5W) while delivering high output, preserving the harmonic structure and natural texture of instruments.
A wide 20Hz-40kHz (±1.0dB) frequency response fully covers the Hi-Res audio range while preserving high-frequency details and natural extension in the music signal, delivering a sound that is not only powerful, but also refined and transparent.
Small Size, Incredible Control
Despite its compact 1090g full aluminum chassis, Mini 500 delivers up to 92Vpp maximum output level. In Stereo mode, it fully unleashes the potential of desktop bookshelf speakers, delivering deep, controlled bass and fast, precise transient response.
500W Peak Output in Mono Mode
Switching to Mono mode unlocks even greater power capability.
Mini 500 delivers up to 500W × 1 @ 20 (THD+N <10%), providing stronger power reserves and direct energy delivery for demanding low-sensitivity speakers or passive subwoofers. Two Mini 500 units can be combined to create a more powerful dual-mono system, achieving superior channel separation and a wider soundstage.
Volume Control / Power Amp Mode
With a rear panel switch, Mini 500 can easily switch between pure power amplifier mode (BYPASS mode) and integrated amplifier mode (VOL mode). In VOL mode, Mini 500 supports analog potentiometer volume control. When switched to BYPASS mode (fixed maximum output volume*), it functions as a pure power amplifier, allowing connection with a preamplifier, DAC with volume control, or other source devices.
Versatile Inputs. Easy Integration
Mini 500 features one set of balanced XLR/TRS combo inputs and one set of single-ended RCA inputs. The front panel input selector allows seamless connection with various professional DACs, CD players, and preamplifiers. Two sets of banana speaker terminals on the rear panel provide secure and reliable speaker connections, reducing contact loss during high-current transmission.
Two Modes, Flexible System Matching
Simply switch the rear panel mode selector to change the system configuration. For everyday desktop listening, Mini 500 works as a stereo power amplifier and integrates easily into desktop audio systems.
When higher-power mono driving is required, it can be quickly switched to Mono mode, supporting loads down to 20 and providing greater flexibility for system matching.
From daily music listening to subwoofer expansion, single-speaker drive, and dual-mono setups, Mini 500 adapts to a wide range of applications, bringing greater versatility to a compact power amplifier.
Efficient Cooling
The entire chassis is made from high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy. Large heatsinks are densely arranged on the rear panel and bottom plate, ensuring efficient heat dissipation even during sustained high-power output.
12V Trigger
Mini 500 supports 12V trigger input for synchronized power control with upstream preamplifiers or DACS.
Set the front panel switch to TRIG for automatic power synchronization, or choose ON/OFF for manual control. Flexible operation simplifies complex audio systems.
