Titanium, with a melting point of 1660±10°C, is crafted into UM Stardust using aerospace-grade 3D metal printing technology, incorporating a hollowed-out design. Through high-temperature laser sintering, titanium transforms from powder into a uniquely structured metallic earphone shell. Titanium offers strength comparable to steel while being significantly lighter. With a density of 4.54g/cm³, it is 43% lighter than steel, making UM Stardust both durable and lightweight. Its exceptional corrosion resistance protects against wear from skin secretions, ensuring long-lasting durability and ease of maintenance.
