The evolution of our Divine Achilles was a very difficult task! When you have an amplifier that drives uncompromisingly almost any load, promotes speaker’s true nature and sounds so life-like, transparent with amazing dynamics, natural vocals and exceptional highs, there are not many things to improve. But here at Pilium we only settle for the best and only then we consider it good enough! With the technology and experience we acquired from the development of our Master Divine line of amplifiers, we redesigned the entire Amplifier circuit bringing it to a new level of performance, replaced the original transformers with new encapsulated ultra-low noise transformers and added new custom made Heatsinks, CNC machined from a unique piece of aluminium block for improved performance and aesthetics!
As with every Pilium component, it is built with cost-no-object parts and materials, custom made capacitors tailored made specifically for Pilium, ultra-low noise custom made transformers as well as custom made special wiring in order to come as close as possible to the ultimate sonic reproduction!
For 2025, Achilles became an amplifier beyond expectations, with performance which punches far above its weight! The best became even better… Neutral, Smooth, Uncoloured, Fast and Transparent!
