THX patented audio amplifier circuit (THX AAAtm) 888 is linear double amplifier circuit with feedforward error correction technology. Eliminates the distortion mechanism of traditional amplifier circuits, reduces harmonics, intermodulation and crossover distortion. The headphone output jack is made in Japan and the preamp output is fully balanced. The volume control is a high precision 256 level relay. Using two pieces of customised 24W high-efficiency low noise power supply guarantees excellent audio performance and output efficiency.
